Weather has been up and down, some nice days, some frosty days and some pretty cool days with lots of wind. Hopefully, nicer weather is on the way.
Thank you to Jonas Dauber for his generous donation for Cold Spring. Much appreciated.
Gerry and Paula Weslowski, Allentown, spent the weekend with daughter, Nina Weslowski and Brian McGuire. John and Gloria Schwab, Covington, PA, were Saturday visitors and enjoyed dinner while they were there.
Next civic meeting will be on Wednesday, the 21st, 6 p.m. at the Pavilion.
Flag Day is on the 14th. Hope you fly your flag proudly, not only that day, but every day.
Happy Birthday to Nathan Kinsey, 17th; Dana Dempsey, 20th. Have a nice day.
Happy Anniversary to Bob and Lisa Burke as they celebrate on the 19th. Have a great day.
In my walking, I see more really pretty flower arrangements out and people working in their gardens. Hope the weather will be nice so there will be produce to be had and no frost to ruin things.
Keep an eye on the Sully for events that may be coming up. With the nicer weather, there will be more things going on, especially yard sales and flea markets. Might be something you’d be interested in.
Happy Father’s Day coming up on the 18th. Hope you all have a great day with those special someone’s. There are many types of Dad’s.
Bob and I enjoyed our mineral club picnic on Sunday at Saterlee Creek Environmental Center in Litchfield. Always nice to get out and visit with friends and have a great meal too. Weather was perfect.
