As I’m sitting here Sunday evening typing my news, guess what?? It’s snowing again. This weather has been so crazy with sun, wind, snow, rain, high and low temperatures. Sure wish it would just warm up and stay. Mother Nature just doesn’t want to listen. One day it did get up to fifty degrees. Kids will like the snow so they can get in some more sledding time. The flu bug will never go away with all this going on. And, then I heard more bad weather for later in the week with snow, mix, the whole shebang.
Congratulations to Jacob Williams, 2018 Sullivan County graduate, who made the Dean’s List at LIU Brooklyn School of Business, Public Administration and Information Sciences. Jacob is the son of Marc Williams and Amy Burkholder, Lopez.

I guess Winterfest and the Chocolate & Wine Walk, held on Saturday, were a success. Dushore Family Market also had a Grand Re-Opening. Wish them lots of luck with this new venture. With Andy Bo at the helm, they’ll do great!! We were out of town.
Guess that’s it from my snowy back yard. Enjoy your week. Never know what it’s going to do next, but you can still get out and get some of that fresh, cold air. Have news, call me at 570-928-9238; mail me; see me; or e-mail me at news@lopezpa.com. I’ll get it in for you. I’ll be here next time and thanks for reading.
