Well, here we are almost at the end of the year.  We’ve had some up and down weather for the week. We had some rain, some sun, clouds and cold weather. Heavy rain on Saturday and drizzle on Sunday that turned to light snow.  I’ve been watching about a dozen turkeys graze in the cemetery and the lot across the street.  Don’t see many deer at all.  Don’t see many hunters around since the season has closed.  Hope everyone got the deer they wanted.

Tyler McGuire, Hunlock Creek, visited us on Saturday and had a good time here.  He got his Senior picture taken by his Pop Pop.  Hardly seems possible he’ll be graduating in 2019.   Always nice to see him.

Happy Birthday wishes to V Rev Mother Christophora and Christian Santarelli, both on the 19th; Alyssa Pequignot, 20th; Kaeleigh McDonand and Lillie Ann Bahr, 23rd; and Ginny Stavisky, 31st.  Hope you all have a super day.

Happy Anniversary to Anthony and Bethany Sneidar who celebrate 3 years on the 28th.  They and their two little boys are now residents of Lopez, on Church Street, in the family home.  They are super excited to be living here.  They have also purchased the Colley Pub, along with his Dad and Mom, Tony and Patti.  Good luck to all of them in this new adventure.

HINT:  ” Cold remedy:  To hot tomato juice, add the juice of one or two cloves of garlic, the juice of half a lemon, and about 1/16th  teaspoon of cayenne pepper.  Drink!!  The results are amazing and sure to fight off any cold with force and speed.”  (With that combination it should.)
