Wow!! Friday and Saturday were terrible as far as weather goes. Rain, wind, cold, we had it all. Sunday was a much better day and the sun sure looked good. Hopefully, the week will be much better. I’m so done with cold, wind and snow. I think we should all contact Mother Nature and let her know what we really want.

Bob and I spent the weekend in Johnson City, NY, at the Southern Tier Gem and Mineral Show, where UVBOB did the fluorescent mineral programs while we were there. There was an amazing number of adults and kids who attended the show this year and everyone did very well. We look forward to next year’s show. So, since I was gone, I don’t know who was around, who came home, or who went away. I’ll catch you next week when you let me know.

HINT: “Baking soda is poisonous to ants, so sprinkle it around your plants to ensure ants will stay away. Also, flour and baby powder will keep ants from reaching your plants…..ants will not cross the powder, so circle your plants with it.”
