Hope you all are enjoying this cold, brisk weather. We had frost; we had sun; we had rain; and Saturday we even had rain that turned to light snow. Wasn’t much, but it was snow. Weather for the week call for more rain and snow showers with cooler temperatures.
TJ, Alison, and Jase Lowden, along with Wesson, Marlton, NJ, spent a few days at their home here and visited his parents, Ted and Mary on Maple Terrace.
St. Vladimir’s Church has pierogies for sale the first and third Sunday of the month. Can be picked up from Noon to 1 p.m. at the Church Hall. Call 570-928-8909 to order.
Birthday this week is Jaeden Patson on the 20th. Have a nice day.
The last Civic meeting for the year will be Wednesday, the 17th, 6 p.m. at the Township Building. Membership dues are being taken by Heather McDonald. See her to renew or to join. Need to make plans to do the Christmas decorating at the monument and Pavilion.
Hope everyone is well. Tis the season for the flu bug and hope it passes you by. I heard tick season is still here, so hunters have to be careful when out in the woods. Good luck hunting.
Happy Belated Birthday to Mr. Ferdie Marek who celebrated 95 years young on the 12th. Hope you had an awesome day.
The Civic Association still has some hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts available for purchase. If interested, contact me at the information below. Cold weather is upon us, so hoodies and sweatshirts are good to keep you warm.
Don’t have much to report. Keep an eye on the Sully for events that may be coming up that you might be interested in.
