Hope you all had a good week We had some hot days and also a couple of really stormy days. Two different days it thundered, the wind blew like crazy and the rain came down so hard you couldn’t see outside. There were places where the wind took down some trees. Someone thought it may have been a little tornado but I didn’t hear anything so guess not. The rain was welcome for the gardens and flowers; they were getting pretty dry. The weather was nice for motorcycle riding, quadding, bikes, pool time and cookouts.
Civic meeting, WEDNESDAY, July 22nd, 6 p.m. at the Pavilion. Please wear a mask and we will do social distancing. August and September meetings will be on the third Wednesday rather than Tuesday.
Congratulations to Alyssa Pequignot and Jordon Siddle as they became parents to a baby boy. Brayson Thomas Lee Siddle was born on July 5th, weighing 7 lbs. 14 oz. and 20 inches long. Both mother and baby are doing well. The family lives in Williamsport. Kevin Pequignot is the proud grandpa and Irene (Huray) Pequignot, Linden, the great grandmother.
Some folks are still coming to their homes, cabins and campsites, but staying pretty much there, due to a rise in the corona virus cases.
Don’t have a lot of news as most activities have been cancelled for the summer. Hope next year will be a good year for everyone.
