Well, we finally had a pretty good week with only one day of rain. The weekend was perfect for camping, reunions and other activities. Supposed to be pretty good this week, too, with maybe some rain on Wednesday. Sounds good to me. We may finally be having some summer-like weather, even if it’s a little late.
Irene (Huray) Pequignot, Linden, spent the weekend at her home on Church Street. She attended her 50th class reunion, class of 1969, which was held at the Dushore American Legion. Kevin Pequignot from the Kast Hotel in Williamsport, and one of his cooks, Holly, did the catering for the event. There were thirty-three classmates who came and a total of fifty-one people. All had a great time and decided to try to get together once a year for a picnic, for whoever can make it.
